Island Peak Climb, a fascinating and most popular and famous trekking peaks in all Himalaya which is also known as Imjatse Peak due to its location, standing at 6,160 m and 20,328 ft high in the middle of beautiful Imjatse valley.

The climb is determined after much acclimatization and practice to make the ascent safer and a huge success, where our adventure combines with an exciting walk to Everest base camp and a climb on top scenic Kalapathar, rewarding you with post card views of Mt. Everest at its closest.

Starting our fabulous adventure taking a sweeping short flight to Lukla, a busy town and a gateway to many adventure towards high Khumbu valley and Everest Base Camp, after Lukla heading higher past many lovely Sherpa farm villages of immense Buddhist culture and exploring interesting monasteries around Namche and at scenic Tengboche.

of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and magnificent Amadablam peaks follows us throughout the walk to Everest base camp, on leaving behind the enchanting woodland of tall rhododendron-pines and fir tree lines for arid and barren landscapes with moraine of ice and glaciers.

After an enjoyable walk to Everest base camp and climb of Kalapathar feeling well acclimatized heading to our highlight destination at Island Peak, as the walk leads into beautiful Imjatse valley surrounded by range of giant mountains.

From Chhukung the last settlement with nice cozy lodges, from here onward with overnight in tents with excellent camping facilities of cook-kitchen staff and guides with strong cheerful porters.

Finally our climb leads on top Island Peak, the grading of the ascent is taking from French and Swiss Alpine Climbing System as PD + which means a straight forward climb with some technical effort required, as the climb leads you on the summit top rewarded with awesome panorama of peaks of Khumbu with towering Mt. Everest.
